Shipping & Returns Policy
At Forged Through Fire, we work hard to ensure every item you receive reflects the quality and excellence our brand stands for. If something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand things happen — damages, wrong size, or expectations not met. Below is our full return, refund, and exchange process.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@forgedthroughfire.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll take care of you right away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES FOR STORE CREDIT
- Timeframe: Exchanges for store credit may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITION
All returned items must meet the following requirements:
- Unworn and in new, sellable condition
- Unwashed with no odors (detergent, perfume, smoke, etc.)
- Free of hair, deodorant marks, debris, or stains
- Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
- Packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping
We cannot accept items that do not meet these conditions.
DRINKWARE RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Because drinkware comes into direct contact with beverages, hygiene and safety standards require stricter return guidelines.
We can only accept drinkware returns if:

The item arrived damaged or defective
AND - You contact us at support@forgedthroughfire.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Used drinkware
- Drinkware that has been washed, filled, or handled in a way that prevents reselling
- Cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect product function
- “Changed my mind” drinkware returns
For health and safety reasons, all drinkware sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
NON RESTOCKABLE ITEMS
If an item is returned damaged or heavily worn, a 20% loss fee will automatically be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Returns that do not meet our standards may be rejected entirely.
RETURNS SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS Label Requests
Customers must request a return or exchange within the applicable return window.
Shipment Deadline
Once a return label is issued, the item must be shipped within 7 days.
Late Returns
If your package arrives after the required window, even if the label was requested on time:
- Refunds may be reduced by up to 50%, or
- The return may be rejected, depending on the delay.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as fulfillment often begins immediately.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
NON RESTOCKABLE ITEMS
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.
If you experience issues using a code, contact support@forgedthroughfire.com before completing your order.
LOST, MISSING, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Forged Through Fire is not responsible for packages that are:
- Lost by USPS/UPS
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Damaged in transit
- Returned due to incorrect address
- Unclaimed or undeliverable
- Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. We’re happy to help guide you.
NON RESTOCKABLE ITEMS
To better serve you during the holiday season, we extend our exchange window:
- Exchanges may be requested within 5 days after Christmas Day.
- Subject to available inventory.
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of hair/debris.
- Original order number required.
